22 BDT Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1General Terms & Conditions

By using the 22 BDT website and mobile application, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 22 BDT.

22 BDT is a betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. Our services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. 22 BDT is not available in countries where online betting is prohibited by law.

22 BDT reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the site, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

To register with 22 BDT, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Only one account per user is permitted. If a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, address, date of birth, and mobile number at the time of registration.
• Opening an account is strictly prohibited if you are under 18 years of age.
• KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

After your account is created, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Your account will only be activated once the OTP is verified. Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact 22 BDT support immediately.

3Payment & Transaction Policy

22 BDT accepts and processes payments through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking methods. Currently supported options include Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), and cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin).

Withdrawals must be made using the same method you used to make your deposit. 22 BDT does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. You must withdraw to the same mBanking number that was used for the deposit.

4Betting Rules & Settlement

The following rules apply when placing bets at 22 BDT. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the cash out option may be used where available.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50, and the maximum varies depending on the specific event.
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• 22 BDT reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Odds in Live Betting are subject to change; once a bet is confirmed, the result will be settled at the accepted odds.
• 22 BDT uses internationally recognised sources for result settlement.
• 22 BDT reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in the betting odds is identified.

Separate rules may apply to Virtual Sports and eSports betting, available in the respective sections. If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be settled at odds of 1.0.

5Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

22 BDT regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the respective offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below.

• Each user may use any bonus offer once only.
• Bonuses may only be wagered alongside real money bets.
• There is a set time limit for meeting bonus wagering requirements (typically 30 days).
• Not all bets count toward wagering calculations — a minimum odds of 1.50 is required.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred friend must register and complete their first deposit.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account suspension.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 22 BDT. Engaging in any of them will result in account closure, and any funds held may be forfeited.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

22 BDT reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If it is established that an account was created using false information.
• At the direction of the relevant authorities.
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms & Conditions, any bonus balance and pending bet winnings may be forfeited. However, the original deposit amount will generally be refunded, subject to the outcome of the investigation.

• Step 2: If the issue is not resolved via chat, please submit a detailed complaint by email.
• Step 3: We will investigate and provide a resolution within 72 hours.
• Step 4: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, you may escalate your complaint to an international dispute resolution body.

11Changes to Terms & Effective Date

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 22 BDT and its users. Should any provision be found legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
